It has been a pleasure to review your application for admission, and we’re so pleased to have the opportunity to officially welcome you to the MPP Academy. This webpage is your online resource to accept our offer of admission, complete the required participation forms/student enrollment agreement, pay your total cost of attendance (tuition and/or fees), and prepare for your first day of class at MPP.

Complete the Required Participation Forms

There are (5) required participation forms that must be completed prior to attending MPP.  The following forms must be submitted yearly (for Fall, Winter, Spring, and/or Summer Terms):

1. Waiver of Liability/Parental Consent for Student to Participate in MPP Academy

Description: Blanket liability waiver for the student’s participation in on-campus and off-campus activities associated with the MPP program.

2. Image Release

Description: Provides permission to MPP Academy to photograph/film students during class and activities and to use photos and videos for promotional use (website).

3. Medical/Emergency Information and Release for Emergency Medical Treatment

Description: Medical/Emergency information is collected and your consent for emergency medical treatment is required from the student or parent or guardian (if the student is a minor, under 18 years of age) in case of admission to a local hospital.

4. MPP Academy Student Code of Conduct

Description: An agreement between the parent(s) or guardian(s), the student, and MPP Academy on the rules and expectations of students enrolled in the program.

5. Person Designated to Pick Up Student (for SIP students only)

Description: Provides permission for our staff to release students from the MPP Summer Intensive Program to designated person(s) other than the parent or guardian.

To secure your seat in the MPP Academy, you will need to pay your total cost of attendance in full by the payment deadline provided in your MPP Academy Enrollment Agreement. 

Important: Your total cost of attendance and payment deadline can be found in your MPP Admission Decision/Acceptance Letter.

Sibling Discount

Receive 10% off the total cost of the program for each sibling in your immediate family or household.
Note: The sibling discount can be combined with tuition assistance or scholarships awarded by MPP.

MPP students and families can pay online with a major credit card or bank debit card. We accept VISA, American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and other major credit cards.

Make Your Payment via Postage Mail

Checks can be mailed to MPP Academy on behalf of a particular student. Be sure the student’s full name, grade level, birth date, MPP program name and campus location accompanies the check.

IMPORTANT: We only accept cashier’s checks from a bank institution. We do not accept personal checks.

Before you mail the check, please send an email to: mainoffice@mppacademy.org to inform our office that you are mailing out a check on behalf of a particular student.

Prepare For Your First Day at MPP

  • Prior to the program start date, MPP will send students and parents a detailed email outlining everything you need to prepare for your first day at MPP.
  • Please make sure that have provided us with your correct email address as we would like to include you on all email correspondence sent to newly admitted students.
  • We will send emails to the student email address and parent(s) email address that was provided in the admitted students MPP Application for Admission.

Connect with Us

  • Prior to the program start date, MPP Academy will send admitted students an email with driving directions, parking instructions, and program check-in details.
  • Program schedules will be emailed to all admitted students prior to the program start date or will be provided on the first day of your program during the welcome ceremony or program orientation.
